“Just a few years ago, one of the core tasks of the commercial back office was manually entering customer orders into our system. Under #passion4future, Gaby and Angelika are working with other colleagues on digitizing this process. Despite some challenges in technical implementation and the associated change management regarding both processes and the people involved, the two of them have managed to make order entry the most beautiful minor matter in sales. Over 80% of the processes in the Channel Management department are now processed/recorded digitally and the time gained is invested in working with our customers!
