Marta, an employee in operations and purchasing support at Pepperl+Fuchs in Sulbiate, Italy, didn’t originally plan to stay at the same company for this long at all. Last year marked her 30^th anniversary at Pepperl+Fuchs, making this a good time for a look back.

Build something that never existed before – that was the task assigned to Carina when she started out at Pepperl+Fuchs in Brazil a year ago. Since then, the company has made huge advances in professionalizing the field of human resources for Latin America.

Carina started her career at Pepperl+Fuchs as a student enrolled in a dual vocational training and academic study program. She now works as a marketing rep in the Global Marketing team at the company headquarters in Mannheim.
