Senior Financial Analyst, HR Ops

- Working location in District 7, HCMC, Vietnam
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the G&A + Central Controlling Manager based in our headquarters in Germany, this newly-created role will act as a strong finance business partner to both the Global HR and Controlling Teams by providing analysis on the Group’s personnel cost and Equivalent Full-Time Employees (EFTE) development as well as on Global HR department cost. He/she will also develop and provide standardized reporting and ensure data quality across all required HR information.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a Business Partner for our CHRO and Global HR Leads in Asia Pacific, EU and the Americas
- Monthly reporting and analysis of global HR department cost as well as global personnel cost and EFTE development
- Owner of global EFTE dashboard including data quality assurance, maintenance and further development
- Standardize/Harmonize existing HR related reporting throughout the organizationl(e.g. allocation methods, accrual/provision setup,…) and development of further KPIs (e.g. diversity/inclusion, …)
- Support/coordinate planning processes (budget+forecast) in terms of personnel cost calculation methods and consolidation and plausibilisation of Global HR budget
- Key User Controlling for personnel cost planning tool "4Plan" and further development of analysis methods within the tool
- Preparation of HR related ad-hoc requests such as personnel cost simulations, comparison of selected legal entites etc.
- Reviewing G&A cost (ACT, BUD, FC) for selected Asian legal entities
- Supporting other G&A topics and projects within G&A+Central Controlling team whenever required
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent
- A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with strong IT skills e.g. Excel, Access and Data Warehouse (DWH)
- Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken)
- Strong IT skills e.g. Excel, Access, in data warehouse (DWH)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very good analytical skills with high attention to details
- Team player with a focus to collaborate within global Controlling and Global HR Organization
- Intellectual curiosity with enthusiasm for change and to challenge status quo
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual who is able to work well under pressure with commitment
