INTERNSHIP – VALUE STREAM ENGINEERING

Currently, there are several internship opportunities available in our organization in the Industrial Engineering, Value Stream Engineering team. The successful interns will be engaged in meaningful projects that will make an impact in the real world and assigned supervisor(s) will provide mentorship and coaching throughout the attachment period.

We are committed to invest and develop in the future of the young generations through this initiative through student internships. This internship lasts at least 6 months, with a commitment of 5 days per week.

During your internship, you will be involved in:

• Evaluate and determine line capacity and take time required based on forecast demand
• Design production line and production layout, develop and setup physical line as planned
• Design production workstations, Jigs and Fixtures according to P+F Standard Workspace Modules
• Implementation of lean concepts & management tools in production line
• Create production documentations & control plan and ensure availability in production before pilot run
• Ensure on-time process and manufacturing release, in-line with P+F Time-to-Market initiative
• Identify and initiate opportunities for manufacturing productivity improvement through Automation and Fixturing designs, in close alignment with Industrial Engineering Division and respective total production unit (TPU) operational needs
• Creating value stream mapping
