Our company has been operating in Hungary since 1997 as a member of the international Pepperl + Fuchs group. At our Veszprém site, more than 400 employees are engaged in the production and sale of plastic parts and cable assemblies.

We are looking for a dedicated employee to strengthening our Global technology team in the following positions:

Head of Industrial Engineering  

Tasks

• Technical and disciplinary management of the production engineering experts and project managers in the Industrial Engineering department at the Veszprém site
• Designing and implementing the industrialization of new products from a lean perspective
• Cross-project resource planning and scheduling
• Further development of the Pepperl+Fuchs Group's engineering and design-to-production standards
• Cross-project collaboration with specialist departments at the P+F sites and with external suppliers to optimize our processes
• Supporting the global production sites in building up new competencies in the context of product launches and transfers

Professional Expectations

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable fields of study, with experience in the field of electronics production and/or injection molding production
• Knowledge of industry-standard production technologies, systems and materials
• Experience in project management and personnel management
• Good knowledge of the use of ERP systems and project management IT tools
